Oded Feingersh (1938–2026) was one of Israel's leading contemporary artists. Born in Jerusalem and educated at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, he developed a distinctive artistic language over a career spanning more than six decades, combining realism, expressive color, and remarkable emotional depth.
His work explores the landscapes of Israel, Jerusalem, portraiture, nature, and themes inspired by Jewish heritage and culture. Feingersh exhibited extensively in Israel and abroad and received international recognition, including the Lefranc Prize in France and the prestigious Dizengoff Prize for Art. Today, his works are represented in private and public collections and remain highly sought after by collectors of Israeli fine art.
